Navigating online learning can be confusing and overwhelming, especially when you feel isolated from in-person support services at school. I’m here to help! You can always come to me with any course-related questions, but I can also direct you to different resources to support you in any aspect of your life and learning. See below for some popular resources you may want to check out.

Tutoring @ ELAC

For tutoring specific to our course, you will need to make an appointment through the Learning Center. (NOTE: The Learning Center is currently unable to schedule appointments in Cranium Cafe right now. If you wish to meet with a tutor, please email elac-lacenter@laccd.edu. The Helen Miller Bailey Library is closed until further notice, but ELAC librarians are still available to answer your research questions. Counseling and Equity Resources

All Counseling appointments will proceed online. You can make Counseling appointments at https://www.elac.edu/Student-Services/Academic-Counseling Links to an external site.. Counseling appointments can be scheduled online starting Fridays @ 7:30am for the following week.

On the Counseling Services page, you can also e-chat with Front Desk Agents to get assistance with COVD-19 updates, booking appointments, troubleshooting issues with online services, or to ask questions about campus resources.

The Dream Resource Center (https://www.elac.edu/Student-Services/Dream-Resource-Centers Links to an external site.) provides additional resources for undocumented students, DACA recipients, and LGBTQIA+ students, including free immigration legal services for all ELAC students.
