Assignment: Student Introductory Survey

Now that I've introduced myself, it's your turn.

What follows are some simple questions to help me quickly learn who you are and how I can best meet your needs. Answer honestly. I am the only one who will see your responses. Answer thoroughly and offer specifics where they will help inform me.

After you answer the questions below, click "Submit Quiz." (I know. It says "Quiz" there and at the top. This is not a quiz. It is a survey. There is no grade. Please do not be concerned or think this is a quiz. It is not).

When you are done, click "Next" at the bottom right of this page which leads you to the next activity, a discussion, where you will get a chance to meet and greet your classmates.

If at any time after submission, you wish to add or clarify, you can reenter the survey to "Resubmit." To serve that purpose, create a file on you system and store your responses; therefore, if you do re-enter the survey, you won't have to recompose the answers you wish to remain the same, but you can cut or paste. (I expect if you wish to resubmit, you'll be presented with an untouched survey and not your previous submission for editing).
