LATTC provides an outstanding array of student support services online. These may be especially useful for students taking DE classes, but nearly all are available to all students to utilize at their convenience. These services are all available through the Student Support Hub Links to an external site., and include:

  • Academic Connections for tutoring
    • NetTutor is also available in your Canvas class in Settings > Navigation 
  • Bridges for Success for help with email and finding services on campus
  • Online counseling, enabling live online chats for advising, Ed Plan development, transfer counseling, and veterans counseling.
  • Online Career Center peer coaching and support resources
  • EOPS/CARE program support for online applications for student technology loans and emergency grants for basic needs
  • Student Health Services for free online physical and mental health appointments
  • Support for Microsoft and Adobe software applications through LATTC Bridges to Success staff
  • And, of course, students have tech support through the LATTC HelpDesk as well as the 24x7 Canvas hotline.

All of the above may be accessed through the Online Student Support Hub, one click away in Canvas via the Student Support button in the Canvas global navigation menu.

All of the services are also available via the main LATTC Online Learning page Links to an external site. or by selecting Online Learning under the Academics menu at the top of any LATTC webpage.

The LATTC website Links to an external site. also provides online chat for students to contact Financial Aid and Admissions & Records, as well as links to online support from other areas of the college.
