• California Open Online Library for Education (COOL4ED) (Links to an external site.) - The three State of California Higher Education Systems have worked together to provide easy access to quality FREE and OPEN eTextbooks that everyone and anyone can use for teaching and learning.
• LibreTexts (Links to an external site.) - LibreTexts provides access to OER resources and a platform for faculty to curate and compile resources. LibreTexts is based at UC Davis.
• MERLOT Links to an external site. (Links to an external site.) - MERLOT (Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching)provides access to curated online learning and support materials and content creation tools, led by an international community of educators, learners and researchers.

• Canvas Commons (Links to an external site.) - Found in your Canvas campus account, these courses are or course components can be downloaded.
• GALILEO Open Learning Materials (Links to an external site.) brings together open educational resources throughout the University System of Georgia, including open textbooks and ancillary materials.
• Lyrx (Links to an external site.) - A limited collection of open texts for accounting, business math, economics, and math
• Mason OER Metafinder (MOM) (Links to an external site.) - MOM provides a real-time federated search for OER content. The OER Metafinder performs a search across 18 different sources of open educational materials Links to an external site.."
• MIT OpenCourseWare (Links to an external site.) - Some of these online textbooks are open-licensed electronic versions of print books. • Open SUNY Textbooks (Links to an external site.) - Open SUNY Textbooks is an open access textbook publishing initiative established by State University of New York libraries and supported by SUNY Innovative Instruction Technology Grants.
• Open Textbook Library (Links to an external site.) - The Open Textbook Library provides a growing catalog of free, peer-reviewed, and openly-licensed textbooks. Housed at University of Minnesota, resources can typically be downloaded in various formats.
• OpenStax (Links to an external site.) - Based at Rice University OpenStax offers high quality textbooks with adaptive learning technology, designed to improve learning outcomes through personalized educational paths.

• Saylor Academy (Links to an external site.) - Saylor Academy does not own the copyright to any books on this page. Each book’s open license is an agreement between you as the end user and the copyright holder. We do not have supplements (e.g. lecture slides and question banks) available for these textbooks, but our open online courses are useful teaching tools. If you create your own supplementary materials for a book, please consider sharing them under an open license for the benefit of other educators.
• Skills Commons (Links to an external site.) - The US Department of Labor’s Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) program has created a free and open online library called SkillsCommons containing free and open learning materials and program support materials for job-driven workforce development.
