To save you time, I will supply you with the text for these assignments in each of the Assignment Instructions. The text will usually appear at the bottom of the page.

The EASY Way - Works in Office 2013

Copy the text then open MS Office and then Right Mouse Click you will see these options --> Select Keep Text Only
It will paste the text with paragraphs separating the sections. Remember to remove the empty paragraphs between the paragraphs. This is because in an MLA document we indicate the paragraphs by indenting the first line of text of each paragraph.

The HARD Way - if you have an older version of MS Word you may have to do it this way.

When you copy and paste it into a Microsoft Word document and then turn on the Show/Hide icon, the text will look like this:

You will notice all the little arrows. These indicate "Line Breaks." Line Breaks are blank lines that are inserted inside of a paragraph. So Word now thinks all this text is one big paragraph.

You must remove ALL OF THESE LINE BREAKS, and insert paragraphs instead.

How?

Easy, put your cursor in front of each of the line breaks and press the Delete key, then press the enter key. Here is what the document should then look like.
