Notice how the Thesis Statement, Topic Sentences, and body paragraphs link together. While this essay has four body paragraphs, your Argument essay will have Three (3 body paragraphs).

Using Transitions - very important
Understand the importance, once again, of Organization. This starts with your outline.
In writing an Argument essay, sometimes called a Persuasive Essay, you will continue to write the five-paragraph essay. However, your three body paragraphs should be organized in this manner:
Body paragraph #1 - Your argument #1 with supporting details.
Body paragraph #2 - Your second point in favor of your position & details.
Body paragraph #3 - Counter argument with your Refutation for point #3 (quote from one of the two posted articles)
Conclusion - wrap up and restatement of your Thesis point
