Learning style is the way you prefer to learn, and it has been with you since you were a child. It doesn't have anything to do with how intelligent you are or what skills you have acquired. It has to do with how your brain works most efficiently as it takes in and remembers new information.
Learning Outcomes
- Understand different learning styles
- Assessing learning styles
- Apply learning style theory
Over the years you have probably developed learning "habits" that help you benefit more from some experiences than from others. The Learning Style Questionnaire (LSQ) Self-Assessment will help you pinpoint your learning preferences so that you are in a better position to select learning experiences that suit your style. Knowing your learning style can accelerate your learning as you undertake activities that best fit your preferred style.

The accuracy of the results depends on how straightforward you can be. There are no right or wrong answers. If you agree more than you disagree with the statement, place a check (√) or (X) by it. You score one point for each item you checked (√). Add your points for each style.
