By continuing, you agree that your quiz will be completed INDIVIDUALLY, without notes, help from another individual, and it is the person whose name is on my roster, that is taking the quiz. You also agree to adhere to the academic integrity standards, which include NOT cheating in any way. If there is evidence of dishonesty, you will be contacted to schedule a meeting with the instructor and a zero may be given.

Instructions:

• This quiz contains approximately 75 questions.
•  You will have 120 minutes total to complete the quiz.
• You will only have one attempt at this quiz.
  • DO NOT CLOSE THIS WINDOW, NAVIGATE AWAY FROM THE WINDOW, OR PRESS THE BACK BUTTON!
    •  If you do, Proctorio will end your quiz.
• There is no access code for the exam! If you are asked for a code this means there is something wrong with your testing environment.
  • Make sure you are using Google Chrome
  • Make sure your internet browser remains at fullscreen
  • No internet tabs are open
  • Notifications are disabled
  • Protorio extension is enabled
  • You will need to contact Proctorio Support if you get logged out of an Exam!
