**** This is a timed exam, you will have just 2-hours to complete the real one! ****
You are the Client Service Director for an Internet Design company and must put together an invoice and Client Status update.
The plan will include 3 elements:
- An Invoice letter in MS Word
- An Invoice in MS Excel
- A PowerPoint presentation of the status update.

Part 1- Word Document
Save the MS Word Document as: YLNFI Marketing Letter (YLNFI = Your Last Name First Initial)
- The Picture of the letter is provided for referenc
- The instructions below override the picture notations
- If you wish, you can use the text below to save time typing the lette Just be aware of the line returns instead of paragraphs that may result.
- The Margins are set to Top and Bottom 15" the Left and Right are 1.25"
- The address line text in the header is a Serif font, bold-italics and underlined and blue colo
- The rest of the of the letter is entirely in a 12 point, Sanserif font t
- Paragraphs are set to single space, with 0 points before and 6 points after
- The Logo with Internet Design of the letter, it was created with Word Art yours may vary but should fit into the color scheme of the letter
- The header on page two has both the WordArt and page number included.
- The words "Werby" in the first paragraph is bold-italics 14-point red accent and underlined
- · The Designer table is inserted from the Excel document in the second part. Once inserted the table was formatted using the Table--> Design ribbon.
- A picture is inserted. You will find this picture in the Student Data Files under practice final exam. Note that the picture has been modified with a picture style applied (your choice) and resized and centered on the page.
- There is a page break at the bottom of page 1
- The Graph is a paste-link using the source formatting from Excel Chart in step 2
- Note the footnote on page 2 and that it is formatted as first line indent, double space 12-point Sanserif font type
- Spell and grammar check your document

Part 2 Excel Document
You are going to prepare a Excel Document using a start file provided.
- Start Excel and Open the Practice Final Exam Excel Start File
- Look in the Student data fileàCAOT 82à Professor Perret—>Final Examà for the Practice Final Exam Excel Start File.
- Rename this file, YLNFI November Invoice (YLNFI = Your Last Name and First Initial)
- Open worksheet 1 -Note only part of rows 2 and 3 of the Invoice Worksheet as given numbers, the rest you must calculate!
- Row 3, the Hours Worked for each designer is provided.
- Row 4, the Billing Rate for each designer is provided.
- Row 5, the Total Labor is calculated by multiplying the Hours Worked by the Billing Rate for each Designer (Columns B, C, D, and E)
- Row 6, the G&A is calculated by multiplying 13% (0.13) by the Total Labor
- Row7, the Total Cost is calculated by summing Row 5 and Row 6 for each desinger.
- Column G, Totals each row.
- Column H, calculates the average of columns BàF for each row
- Column I, calculates the Maximum of columns BàF for each row
- Column J, calculates the Minimum of columns BàF for each row
- Format the worksheet as shown

- Labor Totals will be split into 2-lines in cell G2
- Rename worksheet 1 Invoice
- Add your name to the header of this worksheet
- Rename worksheet 2 – Designer List
- Create a 3-D Pie Chart
- using Designers Names and Hours Worked
- Move the chart to a new worksheet titled Utilization
- Move the Utilization worksheet between the Invoice and the Designer List worksheets
- The Designer List is provide (was worksheet 2). You do not have to format it here.
- You will use this to create the dealer table in the Marketing Letter Word document and format it there.
- You should now have three separate worksheets named:

You are going to prepare a 6-slide PowerPoint presentation
