In this course we will be using a Statistics program called SPSS. Our college has secured a license from Amazon to give students access to SPSS. Attach is a pdf sheet that provides instruction on how to access it.  Some of the trial runs were glitchy in the past.  

I have set this up as an extra credit to motivate all of you to try it. 

First, download and open the attached pdf file;

Second, click on the link at the top of sheet one, and log into SPSS;

Three, submit an answer to me indicating if you were successful in gaining access to SPSS or not.

If you were not able to gain access the first time, try to access it at a later time, or try to gain access using a different computer/browser. If after several tries you still are unable to gain access, please let me know what email address you are using so I can forward your email address to Tech support to correct the situation.

When you do all of the above, you get 5 points extra credit.

Please note that often, once you log into the program, it takes a fairly long time for the program to start. Also, I am the only one who sees your reply and your email will not be made public. 

Also keep in mind that at this point all I need is to know if you can gain access to the program. There is nothing else that you need to do with SPSS for now.
