In this first Discussion Forum, you will get a chance to get to know your classmates. This is your first graded discussion. Pay attention to the requirements below.
Introduce yourself by answering the four questions below.
First, click on the top right-hand corner of this page where there are three dots. A list will drop down. Click on "show rubric." This rubric tells you how this discussion is graded. Answering all four questions plus responding to two other students with minimum of errors gives you 100 points. Be sure and wait 24-48 hours before responding to the other students, as you want to wait for more responses to be posted. Click on "X" to close the rubric.
Next, click on REPLY below and start writing your answers in order, 1, 2, 3, and 4. When finished, POST your answers to the four questions below. You will not be able to see other students postings. (Only when you go back and respond to other students will you be able to see student responses).
Ground Rules - Online writing should be polite and courteous. A reminder of Netiquette rules. Here are a few:

2. What did you like most about the city or town where you lived?
3. Tell us something about yourself. (For example, discuss your interest in a work field? Academic major? Any special talents? Do you have any pets?)
4. What do you want to learn in this class?

C. AFTER 24-72 HOURS, RETURN TO THIS DISCUSSION AND REPLY TO TWO OTHER STUDENTS:
1. Note something you have in common with another student;
2. Share some feedback or advice in response to their thoughts or feelings on a subject of interest.
You will receive a grade for the Discussion and your two responses.
