The Emotional Intelligence (EQ) self-assessment is designed to get you thinking about the various competencies of emotional intelligence as they apply to you. Print out the Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Self-Assessment Links to an external site.. Read each statement and decide how strongly the statement refers to YOU. Total and analyze your results for each area of competency. Plan to spend about 20-30 minutes completing the self-assessment.
